Each line item code (LIC) typically has a default price set at the LIC level. You can also set up volume pricing at the LIC level.

Rate Cards for Special Pricing

For more complex pricing schemes, you can use rate cards. They allow you to set up special pricing structures that can be attached to a single order or a specific customer. They also enable "scenario-based" pricing.
