In this phase, we customize aACE as defined in your needs assessment and development plan.
During the customization period, we conduct review meetings (typically once per week). At each meeting, we demonstrate the recent changes. Then you will test the changes in your sandbox and approve them as we go. You use your data and your workflows, which makes it easier to learn aACE.
At the end of the customization phase, we walk through your new system together. This last review ensures that the final changes meet your expectations.
Once you grant final approval, we begin the data migration (if required).
