Prior to Go-live
During the few weeks just before your go-live date, you will train your staff and prepare them for the change-over. We take this time to carefully orchestrate the final system installation and prepare your final data migration, if any.
Go-live Day
This is the day your company makes the switch to aACE. Our staff stands by, ready to help answer questions and assist with any problems. Because of the care taken throughout the implementation process, the change-over to your new system should go very smoothly.
Post Go-live
During the first few weeks after your go-live date, you may identify some things that need tweaking. We work with you to identify those items that can be optimized through small system updates. The larger items that require new customizations will be noted and reviewed in the final step.
